I personally had the honor of working with Gavin for 2 years at Agropur, first during his mandate as Operational Improvement Manager in Western Canada and secondly as Operational Improvement Director for Central Canada. Gavin impressed me with his natural leadership ability to quickly rally and align the various teams he has supported. I have observed him on more than one occasion successfully introduce new projects.  His success with these projects is largely due to the precision of his communications, his ability to express a clear vision of the objective, to segment the different stages involved to get there but above all, his unique ability to involve teams in setting up and achieving the desired results.
